We are pleased to announce that British Council Armenia will be oraganising an English teacher and educator development conference in October 2019 entitled Teaching for Success conference.

Teaching for Success conference will be British Council Armenia’s first Continuing Professional Development (CPD) conference for teachers and teacher educators. The conference will primarily be based on the British Council’s CPD Framework for teachers and educators and its Professional Practices. With an overarching focus on Continuing Professional Development (CPD), the conference is planned to take place in two full days.

How to be part of the conference?

We are seeking talk or workshop proposals from English teachers, trainers, and researchers in Armenia to provide new learning, understanding, skills, or inspiring ideas for teaching professionals across the entire spectrum of the sector.

As well as talk/workshop proposals, for the first time we want to offer a stage to you - practising teachers and educators – to deliver short structured talks on your innovative or inspiring success teaching and educating stories to be shared with your peers and wider public within our conference’s ELT Voice section. Each teacher/educator can apply for both sections separately.
